Coupon Terms & Conditions

IIn these terms and conditions, a coupon shall be defined as any promotion, special offer, discount, credit, or special offer that the Company may make to any website visitor, current or past Client, or new Client.

1. Client must be current and must be in good standing with billing department in order to receive any type of discount.
2. Client must request the discount if any 72 hours or more before due date.
3. In order to receive a Colleague Credit, a Coupon, and/or a Discount, you must agree and comply with all the terms, conditions, and rules. For a client to redeem a coupon or discount, their purchase must meet all the terms and conditions.
4. Manners of Use; Only complete barcodes and unaltered digital coupons are allowed. Every coupon is identified by its own unique code. A coupon code may only be valid for new clients and may have its own rewards and expiration date. A valid coupon code must be presented to Best Virtual Paralegal LLC's billing department before payment is due to receive a discount.
5. Coupons are subject to change at any time without notice.
6. Best Virtual Paralegal LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the acceptance and/or use of the coupon/discount/promotion, apart from any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Best Virtual Paralegal LLC accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected email or other communications. Best Virtual Paralegal LLC assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then Best Virtual Paralegal LLC may modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the coupon.
8. Offers cannot be transferred.
9. Coupons and offers have no cash value.
10. Each billing cycle, there is a limit of one coupon/discount per client account. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. The client's account must be active. Past due accounts, past due invoices, financial charges, late fees, and admin fees cannot be applied to coupons. Coupons are intended for single use only.
11. Coupons are applied to one case or matter of equal or lesser value per Client account when the Client presents a valid code.
12. The terms and conditions of the coupons are subject to the terms and conditions of Best Virtual Paralegal LLC's service agreements.
13. A coupon may be discontinued at any time by Best Virtual Paralegal LLC.
14. A coupon cannot be used in conjunction with the purchase of products sold by or under the brand of a third party.
15. Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date indicated in the offer. Limited time offers will specify when they are valid.
16. Clients may be required to present a physical copy of the offer with an unaltered barcode in order to receive a discount.
17. Coupons or other discounts cannot be used to pay for taxes, late fees, admin fees, shipping, handling, or additional charges.
18. Taxes, shipping and handling, and other charges do not apply to the minimum purchase amount if the coupon has a minimum purchase requirement.
19. To redeem a Colleague Referral Credit, your colleague must call or meet with a member of Best Virtual Paralegal and agree to receive a quote.
20. Best Virtual Paralegal LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen coupons, credits, or discounts.
21. Each Client account is limited to one free service every six months; the free service will be applied to the lesser or equal service, and cannot exceed an hour's worth of paralegal or coach time.

Best Virtual Paralegal LLC has created a Colleague Program ("Referral Program" or "Program") that makes it easy for you to share your knowledge about Attorney Panic Button with your colleagues and earn rewards at the same time! Whenever a colleague, law firm, paralegal, attorney, or solo attorney you refer to us becomes a paying client, you will receive a coupon for a percentage off your next order.

The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• You agree to comply with any applicable federal, state, and local laws and Best Virtual Paralegal LLC’s coupon terms and conditions, including any other terms and conditions published by Best Virtual Paralegal LLC and any of its websites. 
• This program is void where prohibited by law.
• You must use the referral form to send an email share through social media services or use a “referral link” to refer your colleagues to Best Virtual Paralegal LLC to be eligible for the coupon. You acknowledge and agree that we will disclose your name to your referees as the referrer.
• Your colleagues must sign up for services.
