The company accepts incoming documents via the United State Postal Service, MyCase portal, Dropbox, SharePoint, Google Docs, email, encryption tools, fax, and any agreed upon method.

All of our paralegals, whether employees or contractors, may have access to every matter. Best Virtual Paralegal does not disclose any information about any client matter including, but not limited to litigants’ personal information, SSNs, names, and casework product, to any unauthorized person or Company except under that of its service agreement, a court order by a government agency or subpoena.

All contract paralegals on staff with the Company (except for the Company’s owner and the owner’s spouse) are subject to a criminal background check before the Company contracts them.

Under the terms and conditions of all Best Virtual Paralegal’s service plans, by engaging the services of the Company, clients are authorizing us to employ other virtual assistant/paralegals, contracted professionals, which we deem necessary to perform the services Client has requested. Therefore, an unauthorized person is any person or entity who is not contracted or employed by the Best Virtual Paralegal to assist in rendering its services.

This means if a client sends an assignment or a request to us, the client should know that all our paralegals, regardless of their locations, may have access to the file and, from time to time, maybe consult with or may help manage different aspects of the case/matter.

Generally, Best Virtual Paralegal does not charge convenience fees. However, on the rare occasion that we are assessed a surcharge in addition to the standardized processing fee, we reserve the right to pass that specific fee along to the purchaser.

FOR ON-DEMAND\DIGITAL SERVICES such as courses, ebooks, handouts, and pay as you go coaching services  - Purchased through our course site - we accept Pay Pal or Stripe.

All other services, such as paralegal services and specialty services,  invoiced through this our main paralegal site with mycase will be processed with a merchant account with Mycase, where we accept

2. A signed Service Agreement, Speaking  Engagement,  or Terms & Conditions. The type of agreement you will be asked to review & signed depends upon the services you request. 

3. Payment of a required nonrefundable deposit.
